Starry (Sx8)

Little Starry is a shining example of a pup with a big personality! She's a sharing champion, happily dividing her food and toys with others. Starry is incredibly inquisitive and loves to explore the outdoors with boundless energy for running and playing. She was born under a backyard deck with her nine siblings, and her mother is a stray who was cared for by many in her neighborhood. From the very first night, Starry felt safe and comfortable sleeping in her crate right beside her foster's bed, and she still considers it her special safe space for naps.

Starry is still gaining confidence, and a home where she can continue to blossom would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Starry is generally healthy and has received vaccinations.

Training & Support

Starry is working on her housetraining. While she has had a few accidents, these often happen when she's too engaged in play or when her signals to go outside are missed. She's doing very well when taken out after each of her three meals and after about 15-20 minutes of play in a fenced yard, usually going to the bathroom reliably before heading back inside. Consistency with potty breaks will help her continue to build confidence in this area.
