Taquito is a sweet 9-year-old Chihuahua who is ready to trade his kennel for a comfy couch! He's been waiting patiently at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter since June 4, 2026, and deserves a loving home to call his own. He's a small boy with short, chocolate-colored fur and a heart full of love to give.

Taquito would likely thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention. We don't have information about how he is with other animals or children, so a home with patient introductions or no other pets/children would be a great place for him to start.
