Hansel & Grettel

Meet Hansel and Gretel, a bonded pair of sweet souls ready to start their new chapter together! Hansel is the tan Chihuahua-looking one, and Gretel is a black and tan, long-haired Dachshund mix. These two were rescued from a difficult situation where they had little to no access to food or water on a rooftop in Mexico. Thanks to a concerned neighbor, they were safely rescued and are now thriving. Because of their incredibly strong bond, we believe they would be happiest if adopted together.

Gretel is the more playful of the two. She loves to find a comfy spot on the couch or a chair to gaze out the window and enjoys running, playing, and chasing other dogs. Hansel shares her sweet nature and also craves companionship, enjoying being close to his people. Both are affectionate, gentle lap dogs who equally love cuddling and playtime.

Ideal Home

Hansel and Gretel are looking for a home with a secure, spacious yard where they can run and play safely. They get along very well with kids and other dogs. Since they have never been around cats, we are unsure how they would react to them. Most importantly, they need a family who will make them true members of the household and give them the love, stability, and care they deserve.
