Sandy is a gentle and thoughtful soul, the canine equivalent of a calming deep breath after a long day. She thrives in a quieter, calmer lifestyle and settles in beautifully when given the chance to take things at her own pace. Sandy's approach to love is slow and steady; she takes her time getting to know new people and prefers not to be rushed into affection. Once she feels safe, her presence is incredibly grounding, making a home feel softer just by having her in it. She forms deeply loyal and genuinely heartwarming bonds, becoming a comforting shadow once she trusts you. Sandy is polite and respectful with other dogs and has been respectfully avoidant with cats. Walks are a great way for Sandy to connect and feel secure, and she would do best in a home that values a slower pace where she can continue to grow in confidence without pressure.
