Paloma is a stunningly beautiful girl, a true slow-burn love story waiting to happen! She might start off a little shy, but once she decides you're her person, she's all in. She's a master cuddle bug who loves to be your shadow, following you from room to room and claiming her rightful spot as your couch companion. She's a nap enthusiast who believes every afternoon is better with a cozy blanket and a human pillow! We think she's a delightful mix of Labrador and Pittie, wrapped in a striking white coat. She's a medium to large girl with a heart even bigger than her frame. Paloma is currently thriving in a foster home, soaking up affection and mastering "sit" and "down" commands. She's smart and will do anything for cheese and loves car rides. While shy with new faces, she's a gentle soul who prefers to make friends at her own pace.
Ideal Home
Paloma is looking for a house with a yard where she can practice her happy jumps. She would thrive in a quieter environment and needs a plush couch and a human who doesn't mind a devoted shadow. No apartments for this girl!
Ongoing Health
Paloma is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and is spayed. She has a health certificate deeming her healthy for travel.
Training & Support
Paloma has already mastered her "sit" and "down" commands and is motivated by cheese. She is a polite and smart lady who travels beautifully in cars. She is working on her social skills with other dogs and would do best with a calm and respectful companion or as the only dog. A kitty sleepover is recommended to assess her compatibility with cats.

Transportation
Paloma is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
