Scout

Scout is a handsome 4-month-old puppy who is believed to be a wonderful mix of Great Pyrenees and Australian Shepherd. He's a happy 20-pound package of pure puppy joy, ready to find his perfect forever family! Scout absolutely loves people and, being so young, he will likely do great with children. He's also fantastic with other dogs, often being the "rough and tumble" one in his group but always playing well and socializing effectively. We can test him with cats upon request.

Ideal Home

Scout is a young puppy who will thrive in a home that can guide him through his puppy milestones with patience and a consistent routine.

Ongoing Health

Scout is neutered and up-to-date on all essential vaccinations, including Rabies, DHLPPx3, and Bordetella. He has been dewormed and is on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. To ensure he is in tip-top shape for his new family, he will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate, all performed within 10 days of his transport date.

Training & Support

Scout is already doing okay in his crate. While he hasn't had official leash or housebreaking training yet, he is a smart boy who should learn quickly with a consistent routine.

Transportation

Scout is currently in Oklahoma. We arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities in the Pacific Northwest, Northeast, Midwest, and West/Mountain regions. Adoptions are finalized in advance, and adopters must be available at the scheduled time and location.
