Glacier

Glacier is a four-year-old husky who is halfway home and ready for his forever family! He was previously adopted but was returned because he is an escape artist and does not do well when left alone or crated. Glacier is incredibly affectionate with people and is a goofy love bug who craves attention. He loves being lazy (as long as he isn't left alone), enjoys sunshine, and snuggling into cozy spots. Glacier is food motivated and enjoys playing "catch me if you can" when the leash comes out.

Ideal Home

Glacier would do best in a home where someone can spend all their time with him, perhaps a retired couple who understands the husky breed. He is not suitable for homes with small animals or cats, nor is he a good fit for dog parks as he doesn't get along with other male dogs. He would likely be happiest as the only dog in the household.

Training & Support

Glacier is an escape artist and does not do well in crates or when left alone. He can be vocal if he feels ignored. He is food motivated and enjoys interactive play.
