Murray is a charming and delightful Lab mix, born around May 11, 2025, and weighing a solid 75 pounds. He embodies the classic Lab spirit with plenty of youthful energy and a love for the great outdoors. If you're looking for an adventure buddy, Murray is your guy! He's always ready for a walk, a run, or a hike, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He's the type of dog who's ready to go the moment you grab the leash or open the truck door. Murray is a quick learner and responds well to direction, walking nicely on and off leash. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he tends to take the lead, so he might do best with more submissive canine companions. Most importantly, Murray is a people-pleaser who thrives when included in family activities.

Ideal Home

An active individual or family who enjoys outdoor adventures like walking, hiking, running, or hunting would be a perfect fit for Murray. He'd also love to have another dog to share his life with, provided they are a bit more laid-back.

Ongoing Health

Murray has tested positive for heartworms and is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment funded by The Artemis Project. The rescue will continue to cover the cost of his medications throughout his treatment, even after adoption. He is up-to-date on his vaccines.

Murray is a quick learner and responds well to direction. He walks well on and off leash.
