Hi there, I'm River! I'm a two-year-old, 37-pound bundle of joy, a mix of Pit Bull and Australian Shepherd with a heart of gold and teddy bear vibes. I'm a super gentle and sweet guy who loves cuddles and doesn't mind when kids dress me up in hoodies – it's all in good fun!

Ideal Home

I get along great with kids and other dogs, and I don't show any signs of food or resource guarding. I haven't been cat tested, but I'm happy to meet any feline friends if you'd like to arrange it.

Ongoing Health

I will be neutered and fully vaccinated before I come home with you.

Training & Support

I'm crate trained and walk nicely on a leash. I'm still working on potty training, but I'm a quick learner and should pick it up fast! My only little quirk is that I tend to jump up when I get excited, but a gentle correction settles me right down. I absolutely love playing with rope toys and balls, and I'm also a big fan of Beggin' Strips!
