Amos

Amos is a laid-back Husky mix who is ready to find his forever home. He came to us after a veterinary clinic visit for an amputation, and though we don't know the full story of how his front left leg was damaged, we do know he's a resilient boy. He's not your typical Husky, as he's quite calm and doesn't bark excessively. He does have a charming little growl in his voice that adds to his unique personality! Amos is loving, outgoing, and social, making introductions to new people and animals a breeze. He gets along well with cats and seems unfazed by the livestock at his foster home. He's a very engaged companion, always wanting to be close to his humans, but he also enjoys his alone time watching the world go by from the porch. He might ask to sleep outside, but he's happy to go with whatever his humans decide is best.

Ideal Home

Amos would love a family who appreciates his calm demeanor and enjoys his company. He's a go-everywhere kind of boy and would make a wonderful travel companion.

Ongoing Health

Amos is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. He is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Amos has great house manners and walks well on a leash. He is a very social boy and good with new people and animals.
