Zeus

Zeus is a handsome 7-year-old who found himself at HAP when his beloved owner passed away. Adjusting to shelter life hasn't been easy, but Zeus has quickly won over the hearts of our staff and volunteers! He loves greeting everyone he meets on his walks and has a sweet routine of visiting his favorite people after his outdoor adventures. Zeus is a laid-back senior pup who enjoys a good chew bone and short, leisurely strolls. He's friendly, affectionate, and easily bribed with treats. He also loves car rides, showing off his tricks, and cuddling up for some quality time. As a low-maintenance companion, Zeus is content to spend most of his day relaxing and napping.

Ongoing Health

Zeus is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives and has tested negative for heartworms.

Training & Support

Zeus can be a little stubborn, as is common with bully breeds, and has a strong desire to visit his friends. Keep this in mind as you integrate him into your routine.

• Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis.
• All household members, including children and other dogs, must meet Zeus to ensure a good fit.
• We encourage same-day adoptions if a match is made.
• Adoption fees include spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a starter bag of food.
