Thomas

Thomas is a sweet, funny, and mischievous 4-month-old boy weighing 39 lbs. He was found with his siblings and mother in an abandoned building in Mississippi. Initially, his mother was protective, but she eventually allowed rescuers to bring the family to Wags for much-needed love and care. At Wags, Thomas and his siblings have thrived, enjoying playtime with other dogs and then cuddling up for naps. Thomas is a darling puppy who is friendly, happy, and gives the best sloppy kisses. He's still in Mississippi but is ready to travel to the Northeast on Saturday, May 8th.

Ideal Home

Thomas needs a family who can provide him with the attention and training he needs to grow into a well-behaved adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Thomas has been neutered and is up-to-date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

He is mostly house-trained at the rescue but will likely need a refresher course as he adjusts to a new home. Like any puppy, he will benefit from consistent training and positive reinforcement.

Transportation

Thomas is currently in Mississippi but is available for transport to the Northeast on Saturday, May 8th. We also have dogs listed along transport routes or in areas with volunteer transporters. We are always in need of foster homes!
