The Bunnies - Peter

Peter may be tiny, but nobody has informed him of that fact! This 3-month-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix weighs just 3 pounds and has already developed the confidence of a dog at least ten times his size. Peter arrived in rescue around Easter with his siblings Benjamin, Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail, forming what may be the most adorable bunny-themed crew ever assembled. Peter approaches life like every day is an expedition. A toy is an adventure. A yard is unexplored territory. A living room is a wilderness waiting to be conquered. Fortunately, his scruffy good looks make even his boldest missions look cute. Curious, playful, and full of puppy enthusiasm, Peter is always ready to hop into whatever comes next. He may be little, but his personality is anything but.

Ongoing Health

Peter is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and tested negative on his 4DX for heartworm and tick-borne disease.

Training & Support

Peter is a curious and playful puppy. Consistent training and plenty of opportunities for exploration will help him thrive.

• Adoption applications are approved on a best-fit basis.
• We do not do out-of-state adoptions.

Transporation

Peter is located at the HARTT Shelter in Phoenix, AZ. We do not offer transportation for adoptions.
