Igby

Meet Igby, a wonderfully goofy 2.5-year-old, 50 lbs Staffy mix who's ready for adventure and equally ready for some serious couch time! Igby is a social butterfly with his canine friends, enjoying a mellow play style with his current male pit bull buddy. He's all about active engagement with his favorite humans, greeting you with enthusiasm and ready for fun in the park. Igby is also a pro at downtime, being crate-trained and comfortable settling in for a rest. He's a curious explorer outdoors, always eager to sniff out new scents, but he's also happy to relax after a good play session. While Igby isn't big on kisses or belly rubs, his affection truly shines through his desire for human company. He's a people-dog through and through, eager to please and make you smile.

Ideal Home

Igby would love a home that can match his balanced energy levels, offering opportunities for active play and plenty of relaxation. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended to ensure the best fit for both Igby and the family.

Training & Support

Igby is crate-trained and knows the "come" command. He does tend to pull on the leash due to his eagerness to explore, but he's a smart pup who's always ready to learn more with the right motivation!

Igby is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week!
