Mia

My name is Mia, and I'm about four years old! My unique eyes, one blue and one brown, give me a look that my foster family says is absolutely stunning. They think I'm a mix of German Shepherd and sighthound, possibly a Greyhound, and it's true – I have a real love for chasing things that are small and fast! I'm not a dog who needs to be constantly in your face; I'm content to hang out nearby and observe the world. It does take me a little while to warm up to new people, but once I trust you, I'm incredibly affectionate.

Ideal Home

I'm an athletic girl who can easily jump a four-foot fence, so a tall, sturdy fence is a must for my new home to keep me safe.

Ongoing Health

I'm spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

I'm a quiet girl who rarely barks and I'm house-trained, with no accidents indoors or chewing on furniture. I do get very excited for walks and can pull on the leash if something catches my eye. It would be best if my new family has some experience with walking dogs.
