His early life was surrounded by the gentle presence of goats and longhorn cattle, and he likely has a working livestock guardian dog in his lineage, perhaps an Akbash or Great Pyrenees. This background hints at his potential as a loyal guardian or a devoted family companion.

Ideal Home

Turner can thrive as either a family pet or a future livestock guardian. Regardless of his role, he'll need guidance through puppyhood, whether that involves crate training and potty training for a home environment, or learning to differentiate playmates from livestock. He has not been exposed to chickens, but has experience with goats, cattle, and some barn cats. Any potential house cat companions will require slow, supervised introductions.
