Tanner

Tanner is a super sweet, about one-year-old boy who smiles a lot! He has adorable dimples and a wrinkled nose when he beams, though he's too wiggly to capture in a photo. Tanner is eager to please and will do almost anything for a treat. He was attacked by another dog recently and is healing up well, ready to find his forever home very soon. He used to be an outside dog but is adapting beautifully to indoor life and absolutely loves snuggling on the couch. He hasn't had a single accident in his crate and understands to go outside to potty.

Ideal Home

Tanner would probably do best as an only pet as he can be a little jealous and sometimes doesn't like to share his people. He loves people and is working on his habit of jumping up for hugs, so he would be best with older children.

Ongoing Health

Tanner is healing well from a recent dog attack and is expected to make a full recovery. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Tanner is house-trained and crate-trained. We are working on his tendency to jump up for hugs, and he would do best with older children as he learns.
