Meet Newt, a spirited Husky born in March 2024 who is ready to charm her way into your heart! Newt was born with advanced cataracts, which affected her vision. She recently underwent successful eye surgery, and while she still has some visual impairment, she's embracing her partial sight and exploring the world with incredible enthusiasm. Newt is as affectionate and brave as they come, and her gentle nature makes her a wonderful companion. She truly thrives with the company of other dogs, so a home with a canine friend to guide and play with would be ideal for her.

Ongoing Health

Newt has undergone successful eye surgery for cataracts and now has partial sight. She will require ongoing, proactive veterinary care, including regular check-ins with a veterinary ophthalmologist to monitor her vision, as well as consistent care from a trusted veterinarian.
