Meet Lea! This sweet 6-7 month old Lab/Heeler mix (our best guess!) was found alone, scared, and hungry. Thankfully, a kind person rescued her, and now Lea is safe and ready to find the loving family she deserves. True to her Lab nature, Lea is incredibly friendly and loves everyone she meets. She adores other dogs, enjoys people, and has a gentle, affectionate spirit that makes her easy to fall in love with. Despite her tough beginning, she hasn't let it dim her sweet personality. We expect Lea to be about 50-65 pounds when fully grown, making her the perfect companion for adventures, walks, and plenty of couch cuddles. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a heart of gold, Lea is ready to meet you!

Lea is being fostered in Brownsville, Texas. We offer bi-weekly transport to approved adopters in the following areas:
