Whether it's a puddle, pond, or lake, Hugo will be sure to find it and make a splash! He's a highly energetic boy who truly shines when he has a job or training to focus his impressive athletic build. Hugo thrives on structure, enrichment, and consistency, and he's incredibly eager to learn with gentle guidance.
Hugo's journey to us was a tough one. At just one year old, he was heartbreakingly labeled "too crazy" and abandoned, when in reality, he was just a vibrant young pup full of life! Now, more mature, he's on the lookout for a loving family ready to teach him the ropes of being a well-mannered house dog and provide him with the stability he longed for. With patience, plenty of outlets for his energy, and endless water adventures, Hugo is sure to blossom into an incredible, loyal, and joyful companion, always ready for whatever comes next. Transporation
Hugo is currently located in Angleton, TX. We offer transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, TN & KY, IL, IN, WA, & OH. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook Event page, where you'll see photos, connect with other adopters, and receive updates. Our Adoption Coordinator will help you find the closest pickup location. The transportation fee ranges from $150-$500, and pickup at our Angleton, TX location is $75. This fee covers all vetting, including vaccines, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, microchipping, a collar, and many years of love!
