Jake

Jake is a charming male Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, around 2 years and 9 months old, who's ready to find his forever home! He's neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations, including Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper. Jake is a super sweet, playful boy who absolutely loves to cuddle and spend quality time with his people. He's also house-trained and eager to please, making him receptive to further training. While he might be a little reserved when new people first visit his home, a few friendly pets are all it takes for him to warm up and become your best friend!

Ideal Home

Jake would do best in a home where someone works from home or has a situation similar to a farm, as he experiences separation anxiety. Unfortunately, due to his strong prey drive, he cannot be homed with cats or other small animals. His interactions with other dogs have been positive in outdoor settings, but his enthusiasm can be a bit overwhelming, so his compatibility with resident dogs is currently unknown.
