Lainey

Meet Lainey, a beautiful girl with a heart and soul bigger than her body! Lainey was brought in as a stray in November 2025, estimated to be around three years old. She has bloomed under her foster's care, truly embodying the spirit of a house hippo. She loves to snuggle with her stuffed animals on the couch, occasionally enjoying a zoomies break with a chew bone. Lainey adores children, especially little ones, and has proven to be dog and cat friendly. She enjoys long walks and is a perfect leash walker, staying right by your side. She's a quiet girl, rarely barking, and her potty training is going wonderfully, with no accidents for a long time!

Ideal Home

Lainey would thrive in a home that understands her need for a calm environment. While she's unfazed by loud noises or toddler tantrums, she can get nervous around energetic dogs and prefers companions who are on the calmer side.

Ongoing Health

Lainey is currently heartworm positive and undergoing treatment, which is fully covered by Mutts N Such Rescue.

Training & Support

Lainey is a quiet girl who walks beautifully on a leash and is doing wonderfully with potty training.

Transporation

Lainey is currently being fostered in Texas but is available for transport. All our dogs are located in foster homes in Texas or Pennsylvania and are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by Mutts N Such Rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Video calls are used for adoption interviews and meet-and-greets.
