Matt

Matt is a distinguished 8-year-old gentleman with a heart of gold. While he may not be the most conventionally beautiful, his personality shines brighter than any show dog's coat! He's a survivor who has overcome a significant head injury and the loss of an ear, yet his spirit and love for life remain undimmed. Matt is happiest by your side, whether he's relaxing at your feet, snuggling in your bed, or joyfully rolling in the grass. This big boy, weighing just over 70 pounds, is incredibly gentle and possesses an old soul. He’s dreaming of a forever home where he can share his unwavering love. Matt was found wandering in a park, was brought to animal control, and was facing euthanasia when a compassionate hero stepped in to save him.

Matt is a resilient boy who has overcome a past head injury and the loss of an ear. He is spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Matt is house-trained and known to be gentle with children and other dogs.
