BAXTER (Gorgeous Low Shedding Boy, Loving, Sweet, Good with Kids & Dogs)

Baxter is a handsome, scruffy Irish Wolfhound/Giant Schnauzer mix with a sweet, loving personality. This 80-pound boy enjoys cuddling, playing with squeaky toys, fetching, exploring outdoors, and relaxing with his people. He is very low-shedding and would make a wonderful adventure companion.

Ideal Home

Baxter gets along with other dogs, especially female dogs, and is currently living with children ages 3 and 5. Because he does not always realize his size, older children may be a better fit. A home without cats or chickens is preferred, as he is curious about both.

Ongoing Health

• Neutered and microchipped
• Current on all vaccines
• On Credelio for flea and tick prevention
• On Interceptor Plus for heartworm prevention
• A full veterinary checkup and health certificate will be completed before travel
• His wiry coat is well suited to cooler weather

Training & Support

• Crate trained and house trained
• Learning to walk on a leash
• Not destructive and not known to be a chewer
• Enjoys baths and drinking from the garden hose
