Hi there, I'm Esteban! I'm a sweet and goofy puppy who's looking for a best friend to share life's adventures with. My favorite place to be is right by your side, and I'll happily follow you around to see what you're up to. I'm generally a pretty chill guy, enjoying attention and being part of the family activities. Of course, sometimes the puppy zoomies hit, and I love to play with my dog friends before settling down for cuddles. I also enjoy spending time outside on cool evenings, especially with my favorite people. I'm friendly with everyone, including kids, and I've been around chickens and ducks with no issues. While I haven't met any cats yet, my humans think I might do well with a slow and proper introduction.

Ongoing Health

Esteban is a puppy and may require further veterinary care after arriving in Minnesota. As part of the Foster to Adopt program, you will be required to transport Esteban to and from vetting appointments at Ruff Start's veterinary suite in Princeton, MN.

Training & Support

I'm still learning potty training, leash manners, and how to be comfortable in a crate. I'm currently in an x-pen and might whine briefly when first placed in a kennel, but I do settle down. With consistency, encouragement, and lots of love, I know I'll keep making great progress!

Transportation

Esteban is arriving in Minnesota on 7/25/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please plan for pickup accordingly, as we cannot accommodate requests outside of this timeframe. Esteban is currently available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program.
