Mr. Frank Shirley is a 3-year-old, 14-pound bundle of pure energy, ready to bounce his way into your heart! He's a little shy at first with new people, but his playful spirit and affection shine through once he warms up. He's already shown he gets along swimmingly with other dogs.

Mr. Frank Shirley would thrive in a home where he can share his boundless energy. We are still learning about his comfort level with cats and children, so a slow introduction would be best.

Mr. Frank Shirley is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

While Mr. Frank Shirley is a quick learner, he is still getting used to the world around him. Gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will help him continue to blossom.

Mr. Frank Shirley is located at Protecting Animal Welfare Society at 400 W. Walnut St. in Jacksonville, IL 62650. We are open for visits and adoptions on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
