About Peanut

Hi there! My name is Peanut. I'm a 6-month-old, handsome German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, and Lab mix with a personality as sweet as my name. My siblings and I were found as strays but were rescued to a loving foster home where we've been able to grow up with plenty of comfort and care.

I can be a bit shy when I first meet new people or find myself in unfamiliar situations, but don't worry! Once I feel safe and comfortable, my true, affectionate, and playful nature really comes out. My foster family says I'm quite the charmer, and I love to play with my toys, tossing them around or settling in for a good chew. After I've had my fun, I'm always ready for some quality snuggle time.

Ideal Home

I do best with other dogs and truly thrive when I have a canine friend. Because I can be timid at first, I'm looking for a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help me build confidence and become my best buddy. A dog companion makes me feel secure and brings out my playful side.

Ongoing Health

I am a healthy pup!

Training & Support

I'm both potty trained and crate trained and am doing wonderfully with my established routines. I enjoy being around people and am eager to continue learning and growing. A patient family who can help me build confidence will be wonderful.
