Dottie

Dottie is a 2-3 year old, 14lb adorable little mutt.

Dottie was found in a drainage ditch in Texas with her 8 little puppies. At the time she was doing everything she could to provide for her puppies and keep them safe, while also trying fending for her own life. A wonderful woman found the little family and after finding a rescue to help, they were able to get them to safety where they were given immediate vet care and lots of love. Dottie was so grateful for the the help, you could tell rigth away she didn't want to leave her babies side, but also didn't want the humans to leave her side either. It was a heartbreaking situation for little Dottie, but we promised her the rest of her life would be filled with unconditional love, happiness and safety. Dottie made her way to CO with her babies when they were healthy and old enough to travel. They have now been in CO for a few weeks, have been fully vetted, and are ready to find their forever families.

Dottie's foster has nothing but amazing things to say about her. They say she is super easy going, incredibly effectionate and sweet, potty trained, and just wants love. She gets along great with all humans and all animals. Dottie would truly make a great addition to any family as long as she can receive the unconditonal love she will also give her family.
