Belle - ISO special home

I am Belle, a beautiful girl who is incredibly grateful for the hard work the volunteers at Houlagans' are putting in with me. I spent the past summer learning to trust people while walking on a leash, and trust is something I'm still working on. I enjoy splashing in my swimming pool, taking treats gently from your hand (or even a spoon!), and if I feel really comfortable with you, I love a good back scratch! I know there's a special home out there for me.

Ideal Home

My ideal home will be extraordinarily kind, gentle, patient, firm, and consistent. I need an experienced dog owner who understands my need for trust.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Trust is my weak point. We may need to work with a trainer to help me completely reconnect with the ancient bond between humans and canines.
