Henry

Meet Henry! This 6-year-old, 38lb Catahoula mix is a true gentleman looking for his forever home. Henry is past his playful puppy days and is content with a comfy bed, some fun toys to shred, and plenty of cuddles. He’s a well-behaved and lovable companion who will bring joy to any family.

Ideal Home

Henry would love to have a canine sibling to share his life with, as he enjoys the company of other dogs and is on the submissive side. He’s done well with dogs of all sizes, greeting them with a smile and a wagging tail. He also met a 9-year-old human and did great, so he would likely do well with older children. We do not have information on how he would do with cats.

Ongoing Health

Henry is in good health and his slightly bow-legged stance is just part of his unique charm!

Training & Support

Henry is already crate and potty trained and walks nicely on a leash. He does get scared during thunderstorms and would appreciate a safe and loving space during those times. He has not destroyed anything in his foster home other than his toys, showing he is a well-behaved pup.
