About Atlas Moose the Floppy Eared Goober

Atlas Moose is the kind of puppy that makes you laugh within the first five minutes of meeting him. Maybe it's the giant floppy ears, or the tail that's practically as long as the rest of him. Whatever it is, this boy has personality for days! He's goofy, happy, affectionate, and still very much figuring out how to navigate life with those oversized puppy feet. Atlas Moose is approximately 5 months old, weighs around 42 lbs, and we believe he may be a German Shepherd/Bloodhound mix. He's sweet, loving, curious, playful, and always ready to have a good time. One minute he's bouncing around playing with a toy, and the next he's happily soaking up affection. He approaches life with the enthusiasm that only a puppy can have.

Ideal Home

Atlas is working on crate training and potty training, but will need continued consistency, routine, and structure. He would do best in a home with a backyard where he has room to run and play. He's going to need a family committed to training and socialization. He could do well as an only dog or with another medium to large dog that enjoys playful puppy energy.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions are mentioned in the listing.

Training & Support

Atlas is food motivated and eager to learn, which will make him a blast to continue training. He already knows how to play fetch. He can come on a little strong with other dogs initially, but listens well when they communicate their needs. He will need continued consistency and structure as he grows.
