Meet Buddy, a 412-year-young bundle of joy with a story that tugs at the heartstrings. Buddy's journey began as a puppy, found abandoned at the Fowler Police Department in August 2022. Despite facing multiple changes through no fault of his own, his spirit remains bright, and he's eagerly awaiting the forever home he truly deserves. Buddy is a happy, social boy who revels in life and cherishes time spent with people and other dogs. His playful personality and love for attention mean he wants to be an integral part of whatever his family is up to.

Ideal Home

Buddy would thrive in a home with a secure fenced yard, where someone is often home or has a flexible schedule. He needs regular exercise and mental enrichment. A family committed to patience and understanding during his adjustment period will help him continue to thrive.

Ongoing Health

Buddy has confinement anxiety and does not do well when crated or confined for extended periods.

Training & Support

Buddy needs a home that understands and can accommodate his confinement anxiety. With freedom, structure, and companionship, he is a wonderful and fun-loving companion.
