Delta

Delta is a charming Basset Hound mix, approximately 6 years old and weighing close to 50 lbs. She's a spirited girl who has overcome a rough past on the streets and is now ready for her forever home. Delta is known for her stubborn yet hilarious antics that are sure to keep you entertained! She enjoys the company of male dogs and can coexist with the right male or female canine companion.

Ideal Home

Delta would do best in a home that appreciates her unique Basset Hound personality and can provide a stable and loving environment.

Ongoing Health

Delta was treated for heartworms and is currently undergoing treatment for Chagas disease. She is doing very well and is strong as ever, showing great progress with her treatment!

Training & Support

While Delta is a joy, she can be a bit stubborn, as is typical for her breed. Patience and consistent positive reinforcement will be key to her continued success. She is not house-trained.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $450, which includes transport.
• All dogs adopted through Tracy's Paws receive Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate), all core vaccines (age-appropriate), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, regular deworming, spay/neuter surgery, and a microchip.

Transporation

Delta is currently located in Hondo, Texas, and is available for transport to Chelsea, MI, on June 20th.
