Chanel Belle is a wiggly, loving girl who is all about people! She's the perfect companion for lazy Sundays on the couch or for "helping" you with chores around the house. Chanel adores everyone she meets, showing her affection with full-body wiggles and a furiously wagging docked tail. She's a true friend for life, happy to be by your side no matter what.
Ideal Home
Chanel Belle would thrive in a home with a semi-active family who enjoys walks and desires a super affectionate companion. She'd be delighted to have a backyard for stretching her legs and enjoying sunshine. Chanel is a wonderful candidate for a family dog, and we can test her with children of various ages. She would do best with a mellow male dog who enjoys companionship but isn't looking for a rambunctious playmate. She's also perfectly content in a home without other dogs, as she has more than enough love to share! Chanel would do best in a home without cats, as she showed a little too much interest in the resident cat.
Ongoing Health
Chanel Belle is believed to be approximately 4 years old and weighs 58lbs. As she is a rescue, her exact breed and age cannot be guaranteed. Based on her cute underbite, we suspect she may have some boxer or bully breed in her.
Training & Support
Chanel is eager to learn and loves treats! She already knows "sit" and may have a foundation for "sit pretty." She's a fairly easy leash walker, only pulling occasionally, and responds well to correction. With consistency, she'll be a dream on leash. Chanel has excellent house manners and is crate and potty trained. Her only request is to snuggle on the couch with you!

Transportation
Chanel Belle is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions across the US with our own internal transport service, traveling to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT). Our pets travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles. You can follow their journey on our private Facebook event page. There will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport due to rising fuel costs. All adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, TX.
