Tucker Teddy the Angel Eyed Cutie

Tucker Teddy is an approximately 1-year-old, 58 lb lab mix with adorable "angel eyes" and a perpetually puppy-like face. He's a real-life cartoon come to life, with a happy, lovable personality to match his looks. Tucker is the perfect balance of affectionate and independent; he enjoys leaning in for pets, curling up beside you, and quietly following you from room to room, offering comforting companionship without being overbearing. He was gentle and calm around a 5-year-old, showing a happy-to-be-included energy. Tucker has also shown great social skills with other dogs of all sizes and play styles, readily joining in play and settling down nicely afterward. He even demonstrated respect towards a resident cat.

Ideal Home

Tucker would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play and explore, away from the overwhelm of busy apartment life. He would benefit greatly from a home with another confident, playful dog to help him continue building his confidence and provide a playmate. While he's good with gentle children, he might do best in a home without very young, chaotic energy.

Transportation

Tucker is located in Texas. Nationwide transport is available through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in various states and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies for transport. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
