Amber - ADOPTED

Amber is a sweet and spunky 13# girl with a heart full of love to give! She was found as a stray and brought to us for some much-needed TLC and a chance at a happy new life. Amber is a bundle of energy who loves to explore the backyard, always on the hunt for lizards and bugs. But don't let her adventurous spirit fool you – once playtime is over, she's ready to snuggle up on the couch and be your best TV buddy! She's a kissy girl who gets along with everyone, loves car rides, and is always eager for a walk. Amber would be a great companion for an active household that isn't too sedentary. She's generally well-tempered, though she can be a little barky. She's crate-trained and house-trained in her current foster home, but like any dog, she'll need some time and patience to adjust to her new surroundings and routine.

Ideal Home

Amber would thrive in an active home that can keep up with her energy. She's a social butterfly and would do well as an only dog or with other pets. A home with Min Pin experience would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Amber is vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, spayed, and microchipped with lifetime registration. She is heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm prevention. She recently had a dental cleaning and bloodwork.

Training & Support

Amber is crate-trained and house-trained. She can be a little barky, so continued training in this area would be beneficial. Adopters should anticipate a period of adjustment and training as she settles into her new home.

• After application approval, a home visit and meet and greet will be scheduled.
• Any fencing issues must be repaired prior to the home visit.

Transportation

Amber is located in our rescue. Out-of-area adopters would need to arrange travel to meet and adopt her.
