Fidgy

Meet Fidgy! She's a 2-year-old, medium-sized Boxer mix who arrived at our shelter as a stray. Since then, we've gotten to know her wonderful personality! Fidgy has a unique way of communicating, sometimes sounding like a dolphin, and she has boundless energy. She expresses her affection with playful nibbles, a bold and bouncy demeanor, and a slightly mouthy playstyle. However, when you take a moment to relax with her, Fidgy transforms into a sweet companion who will happily curl up beside you. She's a friendly girl who makes fast friends with new people, especially when treats are involved!

Ideal Home

Fidgy would do best in a home with older children who understand her enthusiastic playstyle. Because she can be mouthy and sometimes mistakes cats for toys, a home without cats is recommended. We are still learning about her interactions with other dogs, so proper introductions would be necessary. A fenced yard is recommended as she continues to learn, and she would thrive in a home without shared walls due to her vocal nature.

Ongoing Health

Fidgy is a healthy girl who has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations.

Training & Support

Fidgy's enthusiastic playstyle and mouthing are things she's still working on. With patience and positive reinforcement, she's learning to temper her exuberance.
