Meet Tex, a precious and gentle 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer! Tex was rescued after being surrendered to a rural shelter and was on the euthanasia list due to space. She's a wonderful dog who is already walking well on a leash and is good with other dogs. We are still learning about Tex, but we know she can be a little nervous when first meeting new people.

Ideal Home

We are seeking a home with a fenced yard for Tex so she can play and build her confidence. She is not a dog park dog.

Ongoing Health

Tex is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Tex can be a bit nervous when she first meets new people. Patience and a secure environment will help her blossom.
