JoJo

JoJo is a fun, lively, little guy with just the right amount of spunk! At 9 years old, this handsome Maltese is living proof that age is just a number. With excellent bloodwork and plenty of zest for life, JoJo is ready to find a forever family of his own. He's active enough to enjoy daily adventures, but mellow enough to appreciate the simple pleasures. JoJo loves his walks and happily greets people and canine friends along the way. A couple of short walks each day are just his style. When he's not out exploring, JoJo loves car rides, visiting parks and stores, cuddling on the couch, and snuggling up in bed at night. He's affectionate, loving, and happiest when spending time with his person. JoJo is also house-trained and has settled beautifully into foster care. He would be terrific for a retiree or someone who works at home.

Ideal Home

JoJo is looking for a home where he can be the only dog and without young children. He also has a few preferences when it comes to special toys and chews, and we want to set him up for success in an environment where he can truly relax and shine without worrying about his prize possessions being "borrowed."

Ongoing Health

JoJo tested positive for Lyme disease, but has displayed no symptoms at all and was put on a course of antibiotics as a safeguard. He is up-to-date on his necessary vaccines and has had heartworm, fecal, urine and bloodwork testing with negative findings.

Transportation

JoJo is in Wilton, NY. Our adopters need to be within a 3-4 hour drive (max) of where the dog is fostered.
