Meet Rover Journey!
Rover is a sweet and playful puppy, estimated to be around 2 months old and weighing about 8.2 pounds. While we suspect he might be a Pit Bull and Lab mix, his true lineage is a delightful mystery! He's a charming pup with a sleek black coat, a distinguished white chest, and adorable white socks, making him look like he's always ready for a special occasion. Rover's soulful puppy eyes and charming personality are sure to win you over. He's a bundle of joy, always eager to shower his favorite people with puppy kisses and cuddles. When he's not snuggling, Rover loves a good game of tug-of-war or wrestling and romping with his puppy pals before settling in for a nap.
Ideal Home
Rover would thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of love, attention, and opportunities for play. As a young puppy, he will need a family committed to his training and socialization.
Ongoing Health
Rover has received standard vetting, including DAPP vaccinations with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccine. He has also undergone multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments and flea prevention. He is microchipped with free lifetime registration and will receive a heartworm preventative injection and is heartworm tested. A health certificate deeming him healthy for travel is included.
Training & Support
Rover is still learning about the world and will need a family dedicated to puppy training, socialization, and establishing a consistent routine with positive experiences. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately to aid in potty training, confidence building, and developing healthy habits.

- The adoption fee is $1200, which includes all vetting, transport, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
- A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
- Adopters will have the opportunity to meet their pet via a video call.
Transporation
Rover is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using USDA-certified transport. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
