Nessa

Meet Nessa! She's a sweet girl with a big heart, looking for a home that understands and embraces special needs dogs. Nessa was rescued after being hit by a car, which caused a spinal fracture. As a result, she has partial paralysis and walks with her back legs “knuckled” at the ankle. She uses a wheelchair for her walks and requires manual expression to help her go potty. Despite everything she’s been through, Nessa is full of love. She adores her dog friends and absolutely loves cuddling with her favorite people. Once she forms a bond, she is incredibly loyal and will always want to be by your side.

Nessa will thrive in a patient, compassionate home ready to give her the extra support she needs.

Ongoing Health

Nessa has partial paralysis of her back legs and requires manual expression for potty breaks. She uses a wheelchair for walks.

Nessa has completed our full medical protocol, including:

• Full vaccinations (including Bordetella & Lepto)
• Deworming
• Microchip with lifetime registration
• Spay surgery
• Bloodwork (CBC, chemistry panel, 4DX test)
• Flea/tick/heartworm prevention (NexGard Spectra)

Training & Support

Nessa requires ongoing support with potty breaks via manual expression.
