Meet Yogi Bear! This handsome 4-year-old German Shepherd, weighing about 85 pounds, is a smart, loyal boy ready to be your best friend. Yogi Bear is a social butterfly, friendly with people of all ages, including children, and he's also a good boy with most dogs and even cats. He loves to play fetch, engage in a spirited game of tug-of-war, or simply relax by your side. Yogi Bear is a well-mannered gentleman who is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He knows several commands like sit, down, stay, and leave it, and has excellent recall. His eagerness to please and solid training make him a joy to have around!

Ideal Home

Yogi Bear would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely run and play. He is not suited for apartment living due to his size and activity level.

Ongoing Health

Yogi Bear takes joint supplements to help him stay comfortable and active due to a previous injury. He also has a cropped tail from this injury, but it doesn't affect his happy-go-lucky personality.

Training & Support

Yogi Bear is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. He knows basic commands and has excellent recall. He's a joy to live with thanks to his training foundation and eagerness to please!

Transportation

Yogi Bear is located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out.
