He's a friendly, affectionate boy with a laid-back "happy to be here" energy that instantly puts people at ease. Billy greets new friends with warmth and leans into affection without being pushy. He has a natural desire to please and a charming way of checking in with his people. Billy is house and crate trained, has lovely manners, and knows how to settle down without constant direction. He's gentle and polite with children, making him a calm and easy companion.
Ideal Home
Billy would thrive in a home environment where he has space to relax. While he's done well with other dogs, he prefers a calm female companion his energy level who gives him space to warm up. With guidance and a confident, dog-savvy cat, he could potentially join a feline-friendly household. He can occasionally be vocal when he wants to be let out, so an apartment setting might not be ideal.

- The adoption fee is $1000, which includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport, and years of love and loyal companionship).

Transportation
Billy is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
