Avery is a sweet, timid girl who is learning to trust and love again after a life of neglect. She spent her first 10 years as a breeding dog, and while the wear on her body is evident, her spirit is far from broken. She blossoms with gentle affection and is eager to please. Avery walks wonderfully on a leash and gets excited when she sees other dogs, showing her playful side. She's a survivor with a heart full of potential love to give.

Ideal Home

Avery would thrive in a patient and loving home that can offer her a quiet and predictable environment as she continues to adjust to life outside of breeding. Given her timid nature, a home with adult children or a quieter household might be best.

Ongoing Health

Avery has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations, wormings, and preventatives, and is microchipped with lifetime registration.

Training & Support

While Avery walks well on a leash and is learning to accept affection, she may need continued positive reinforcement and patience as she fully embraces her new life. Her foster home has noted she is learning to appreciate affection, indicating a positive trajectory with continued support.
