Charlie is a sweet boy who is still adjusting to his new environment. He's always happy to see you, but loud noises can make him a little nervous. He does well with other dogs, allowing them to sniff him and disengaging politely. Charlie loves to be by your side, often settling at your feet for pets and affection.
