Kai is a 65-pound Husky with a heart full of joy and a tail that never stops wagging! This handsome guy is friendly, playful, and always ready to make new friends, both human and canine. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to romp and play with them, making him a great fit for a multi-dog household or a pup looking for a playmate.
Kai walks well on a leash and enjoys getting out and about. Whether it's a long walk, a game of fetch, or just some time spent hanging out in the yard, he's happiest when he's with his people or dog friends. He's a sweet, affectionate boy who's full of happy energy and always eager to spread good vibes.
Ideal Home
Kai would do best in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, attention, and love. Because of his size and play style, he would do best in a home without small animals or small dogs.
Ongoing Health
Kai is a healthy boy!
Training & Support
Because many of our dogs had limited socialization before being rescued, Kai may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on Kai's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience.
