Joe Joe's journey began in Puerto Rico, where he and his siblings bravely rescued themselves on Christmas morning 2024. While a staff member was driving into the shelter, a litter of six emerged from the woods and ran onto their property for safety. A Connecticut rescue transported him, and after living outside with many other dogs, Animal Control intervened. Now, he's at PAWS! Joe Joe is initially shy but is a sweet, playful boy who loves both dogs and people.
