He loves going for walks and is happiest when he gets to explore the world by your side. Whether he's enjoying a leisurely stroll, playing with his favorite toys, or soaking up all the pets and attention he can get, Wilbur is simply content being with the people he loves.

All C.A.R.E rescue dogs are vaccinated, heart-worm tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped! So all you need to provide is the love.
