Meet Wesley! This handsome one-year-old American Bully mix is a true survivor with a heart of gold. Wesley has soulful amber eyes, a sturdy build, and a velvety fawn coat that makes him incredibly handsome. Despite his tough exterior, he's pure sweetness underneath.

Wesley bravely endured gunshot trauma that severely injured his hind legs. His rescue team gave him a second chance with full orthopedic repair, including fracture repair and hip reconstruction. He's now healing beautifully and his spirit is already strong.

Wesley is incredibly affectionate and loves to lean into his people for belly rubs and attention. He enjoys lounging in the sun outdoors and calmly observing the world. His temperament is gentle, trusting, and very people-focused.

Ideal Home

Wesley would thrive in a home with an adopter who understands the importance of controlled exercise and continued healing following his surgeries.

Ongoing Health

Wesley has undergone extensive orthopedic surgery on both hind legs and is currently healing. He is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered.

With proper care and follow-up, Wesley's prognosis is very good. He is described as sweet, affectionate, and resilient.
