Meet Iris Darling Love!

Iris is a 5-month-old Staffy/Lab mix with a chocolate coat, the most adorable squishy face, and floppy ears that will melt your heart. She's a true kiss connoisseur, ready to shower you with affection. Despite her occasional "pouty" expression, Iris is a happy and incredibly affectionate puppy who believes spreading love is her full-time job. She's a cuddly girl who loves to be near her people, often trying to sneak onto laps. Iris also adores other dogs and has a wonderfully submissive and playful demeanor with her canine friends. She can be a little shy at first and may submissively pee when she's overwhelmed with happiness, but her gentle nature and loving heart shine through.

Ideal Home

Iris would thrive in a home that cherishes an affectionate, people-oriented puppy. She's active enough for playtime and adventures but equally happy to snuggle up. She has done well with cats under supervision and would do best with dog-savvy felines who are patient with a curious puppy.

Ongoing Health

Iris is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations and deworming. She will receive a heartworm test and preventative.

Training & Support

Iris will benefit from positive training, structure, and continued opportunities to build confidence.

Transporation

Iris is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Transport includes real-time tracking, photo updates, and access to a private Facebook event page for adopters. A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs.
